WHAT IS IVY ACHIEVES?

Ivy Achieves is a dedicated support network designed to help first-year, first-time college students navigate college life successfully and reach their full potential. We know that with all that Ivy Tech has to offer, it can be hard for students to know just where to start or what questions to ask to make sure they are on the right track.

The Ivy Achieves program connects eligible students with a designated Campus Lead, an Ivy Tech staff member who is focused on connecting students to evidence-based activities and guidance to navigate college successfully.

Ivy Achieves promotes a set of habits that will help students succeed in their first semester and beyond at Ivy Tech. Read on to learn more about these habits.

HABITS FOR STUDENT SUCCESS

Logging into IvyLearn at least once per week helps students stay on top of their courses.

The Free Application for Federal Student Aid, also known as the FAFSA, is the gateway for students to receive financial aid. It is critical that this application is completed by April 15 each year in order to receive aid for the upcoming academic year.

Do you have questions about completing the FAFSA? We can help! Click here to get started. https://www.ivytech.edu/tuition-aid/financial-aid/fafsa-101/

IVYT is an introductory, one-credit class that prepares students with the right skillsets to navigate college successfully.

Orientation helps students learn about everything Ivy Tech has to offer including meeting new people, learning about Ivy Tech’s stackable credentials and degrees, familiarizing themselves with campus services and organizations, and other important onboarding requirements.
